So this is the team. I am open to suggestions, advice, or input. Please feel free to comment on how I can make this team better. Of the team the only 2 I want to keep for sure are the azumarill and manectric, other than that the other mons are open for change. Also, the ferrothorn will be used for hazard and I am thinking about switching him for T-Tar with stealth rocks. Please let me know what you think and how I can make this team better.

    Thanks in advance

    Manectric @ Manectite

    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Thunderbolt
    - Volt Switch
    - Overheat
    -???
I know this is suppose to be HP ice, but what is another option just in case I cant bred it right?

    Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Iron Fist
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Knock Off
    - Ice Punch
    - Drain Punch
    - Mach Punch
Is Iron fist or guts a better ability?

    Latias (F) @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
    Modest Nature

    - Power Whip

    Again thanks for the advice/suggestion

If you're using non-Mega Scizor, Choice Band is the way to go. Aerial Ace doesn't really do much for Scizor, tbh:
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower/Brick Break
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

Mega Manectric absolutely needs HP Ice; otherwise it won't be able to deal with Dragon Pokemon. HP Ice is also its most reliable way of dealing with Gliscor and Therian Landorus without resorting to Overheat.

Latias doesn't really do a Specs role really well. Full-on offensive sets are better done by Latios. Also, always use a Timid nature on sweeping sets; with Modest, Latias and Latios fail to outspeed things like Mega Pinsir:

    Latias:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Defog
    -Healing Wish
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    Latios:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Hidden Power (Fighting)/Thunderbolt/Earthquake
    -Defog/Roost/Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Draco Meteor
    -Psyshock
    -Surf/Trick
    -Hidden Power (Fire)/Trick
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

The last 28 EVs for Azumarill should go into Speed so that it outspeeds -Speed Tyranitar.

Ferrothorn is massive setup bait if it opts for both of its learnable hazards:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball/Protect/Knock Off
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Thanks for the reply. The 28 EVs are on azumarills speed just a typo. And I will definitely try to get HP ice for manectric and also use your suggestions. Also, is it better to have guts or iron fist on conkeldurr or does it matter? I know the pros and cons of each but overall whats the better ability to run?

Guts is the superior ability so that Conkeldurr isn't crippled entirely by burn. It also punishes the opponent for recklessly throwing paralysis, poison and burn around.

Also, the preferred spread for Assault Vest Conkeldurr is 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe. This lets it make the most out of its special bulk with Asssault Vest while outspeeding Hippowdon.
