Finally got back around to playing again, and my Aerodactyl needs some serious help. It's current moveset is:

    Wing Attack
    Fly
    Agility
    Confuse Ray

Which just won't do. Does anyone have any ideas how to make this better? I would greatly appreciate it.

Double-Edge, Rock Slide, Aerial Ace, Earthquake.

    I'm going by if it's a in-game team.

Also hopefully it's ability is Rock Head.

Yes LionHeart is has told you the ONLY moveset aero needs, however if ur on the GBA and your aero doesnt hav rock head your in for some seriously tiring breeding. Aeros take forever to hatch. I kno bcoz ive hatched about 4 or 5.

In-game, read dude. Wing Attack, you can use if you can't get AA. Base is same anyway. Rock Slide, if you can. Or else, Ancient Power. No Rock Head? Use... Return I guess. You don't have any other choice. Confuse Ray is stupid on something that dies in one hit. Last move use EQ. Using EQ on Charizard is, honestly, foolish. Go get a new one... Aerodactyl needs it.

HP: Flying if you need it. Flying>AA

No way does HP Flying > AA. AA is more useful seeing as it never misses, DTers eat your heart out.

Using Earthquake on Charizard wasn't as foolish as you think. It's proven to be quite reliable on it, as a matter of fact. Since I only get one rockslide.

I can teach it rockslide, but I can't get another Earthquake. Between Ruby, Colloseum, and Fire red, I've used up all my earthquakes. Ancient power and rockslide I can do, with some diligence and hunting (in the particular case of looking for the rockslide tutor. Dunno where he is.)

The rockslide tutor is in the Rock Tunnel, closer to the Lavender Town end. And shouldnt one of the Colosseums in Pkmn Colosseum give away another EQ as a prize if u win enuff?

Also you dont want Ancientpower AND RS, just one of them, my personal preference is RS for its flinching and ability to hit 2 pokes in double battles.

    Entei can't Quake.

    Put Rock Slide on Aero.

Get Wing Attack back and put it on Aero.

Give him Return if he don't have Double-Edge.

End of story as they say.

HP: Flying > AA. The little more power can make the diffrence. (From own expierences)

And their is always a little change that you will get a good HP. My sceptile had HP: Ice. If you can't get HP Flying take Wing attack.

Aerial Ace > Hidden Power Flying on Netbattle please.

    DTers are annoying.

getting eq on charizard isnt stupid

    charizard@salac berry

    substitute
    belly drum
    earthquake
    wing cutter/aerial ace/hp flying

Wow, you dumbasses think Aerial Ace is a counter to Double Teamers. Watch the **** out Double Team Umbreon, 60 base attack is here to **** you up

just to back up my point, against a 300 defense umbreon... 309 attack choice banded aerodactyl using aerial ace

    Minimum Damage 25%
    Average Damage 27%
    Maximum Damage 30%

Not nearly enough to get past Moonlight, and you are even ****ed more if they are using Acid Armor in conjunction with DT Umbreon on their Baton Passing team.

I was thinking more along the lines of Ninjask, and other weaker Double Teamers.

Umbreon isn't much of a problem though, you can Haze - Roar him, or just sit there Focus Punching. (AND MISSING >_>)
