After changing your username...

Since the 6 months period is over for many people right now, there have been many name changes and I think it's very hard to recognise people who have changed their names (and whom you don't know very well).

I've seen many people with a new name and wondered who they are.
Sure, I could just PM them and ask them for their previous username, but that would be a lot of work.

I don't think there should be a rule, but there should be a note in the first post of the name change thread, which should remind people, that putting their previous name in their sig for a while might help other people recognise them.

Well, that's just a suggestion^^

There is a list on the first page. All you got to do is hold down ctrl + f on the first page, put in the person's name and it will show all three name changes.

True =D It kinda gives people a way to ask more question on the basis of that one you just made ^^ And I know it is troubling when you arnt in the name change area that often =D but in a way it helps to make you closer ^^ I'm almost inseperable with Strider when it comes to that.

XD, I had a whole bunch of people PMing me after my name change saying "Oh! Your RD!"

XD, give you a reason to chat when you actually do PM people asking who they are or something of the sort ^_^
