I definately know that Ash(Satoshi Tajiri) and Gary(Shigeru Miyamoto) are 38years old, don't know about the others, because they are all made up be Satoshi Tajiri.
 
Well Prof. Oak is 14 he just went through a major growth spurt and his hair is naturally white! i swear! Misty is 42! though shes always been short for her age...Pikachu is 1354!
 
I think Gary is atleast 16 because he drives...
 
But in the Pok?mon world, even masters have to learn *AARGH! I'm quoting Pok?mon songs* As I was saying, anything can happen. Maybe 12-year-old boys can drive. I mean, they let 10-year-olds go off by themselves with just a little monster for company.

I don't know how old they'd be. I mean, yes, 5 years since Ash started would make him 15, but he sure doesn't look or act 15. Maybe we can email the Pok?mon mailbag on Pokemon.com.

Ash must be a ghost aged more than 1000!
So that, no matter how many times Pikachu shock him, he will recover.
 
Too bad the same can't be said about random female's bikes.
 
why do the majority of people see Ash as so young? He has definately matured through out the series, though each series shouldn't intentionally count as 1 year. if that was so the 4th year of ash's journey was way shorter than the first. :S i wish they had done at least one birthday episode...even if it was for Pikachu. it would be nice to know.
