I think anyone who knew about that missingNo glitch did it. I remember doing it and glitching the hell out of my items to get max of them. Wasn't it the 7th item in your list that got the glitch? XD​

Ac:Brotherhood. Just got stuck inside some stairs during the subject 16 missions. and had to restart the whole thing.
 
What is the funniest glitch you have come across?
I haven't come across any funny glitches that I can think of (I tend to forget these, or I just don't find any) but the funniest glitch I've seen is in Superman 64 when you screw around in umm...Luthor's building (stage 4 I think) and you fall through the floor, if you enter the room with the waxed floor, an upside down Superman will appear on top of the real one.

What is the most annoying?
Not annoying per se, but kind of odd. There seems to be a glitch in Tales of the Abyss with the overworld field music. It plays the music of the last town/dungeon you were in, and when you get out of somewhere like Choral Castle, it's...really, really weird to hear while walking around on a bright green field.

What is the most glitchiest game you have ever played?
Pokemon Red I guess? idk, I haven't played a game where glitches just pop up in my face, unless I've just been completely unaware. But I do know I've activated a ton of glitches in Red, so that's why I'm going with that.

Recently discovered a glitch in Yugioh Tag Force 5.
If you have a partner following you and you cut in front of another NPC while your partner is trailing behind, they walk right through them. Creepy!​

There's a bad glitch in Sonic 2. In Hill Top Zone Act 2, right when you leave the cave with the rising lava, there's a spot where there are two springs. They hit you back and forth, sometimes gaining so much speed that you crash through the wall and die. It's annoying because they're hard to jump over.

I never knew that was there. Though, I haven't played that Sonic since I was very VERY young.

Found a yugioh glitch and it is VERY annoying. In short, it is a tag duel. And I have one monster on the field (Stardust Dragon/ assalt mode) and my partner had another (Lancer Archfiend) but when he activated his effect, my monster would negate it without me allowing it to say NO!

SOOO ANNOYING!​
