I know this means little or nothing to most of you but it means a lot to me. ^_^ Today I done finished my last exam and tomorrow I graduate from High School. ^_^. Wow, 12 years of school, and they are nearly over!!!!!!!!

For those of you who are American or English or Canadian, if your wondering why im graduating at this time of year, Australian schooling works different. Our school year ends in november-december (november for Grade 12's as we finish like 6 weeks early :D XD) because Summer over here starts in december. So our school year starts in late Janurary or early feburary and ends just before christmas. So I graduate tomorrow FINALLY ^_^.

Well I cant beleive I got through, school was a nightmare for me, bullies and such made life awful. And I thought I was not going to graduate because of subject passing....last year I nearly blew it by spending all my time on PC instead of working XD. I nealry failed a few subjects in grade 11 for that and scraped through with C's for all but English and Science. This year I learned from it (and PC got blocked -_-) and even though I spent more time email chatting with Andy than I did working XD I passed with higher grades...

And I am getting the Honour for english at the Graduation tomorrow ^_^ *dances* two years of very hard work in English paid off!!!!

Anyone else here Graduates this year??

Hi, I'm in homeschooling and should be graduating Dec. 17, 2004. It took alot of work but it certainly is a good feeling to almost be out of school. In homeschooling you study 24/7.(At least I do.)
*starts to giggle* uh, well maybe you do, anywya. XD. I did home school for 2 years and I did NOT study 24/7 XD.

And Andy does home school and him studying 24/7 will never happen. XD.

Congrats on Graduatiing soon through ;) but you don get a graduation ceremony like I do :(

True, I won't get a ceremony but my parents are going to have me do the " lets get your pictures done, send out the announcements the whole caboose" oh well I'm moving on in life and that's what matters. The 24/7 thing is probably a little over the top its more like 30 minutes a day. haha

Ooh, that's so neat Soph! ^_^ Congratulations!

And 30 minutes?! Wow, I homeschool too and my mom usually makes me do school work until I drop. XD She's really been making me hit the books this year since I've gotten older! Oh well... Once I do graduate then it will be really nice (...not to see my math book again! *attacks it*).

Oh, and once I do get a bit older my mom will send my work in to be graded and kept track of by an official homeschooling company, then I'll get my degree somewhere later along with a ceremony, I think.

    Congrades Soph.
I never was homeschooled. I don't think i get any where if i had been. I went to publice school all my life. I passed every thing with b's and a's... except comp(english-more writing than any thing els). I got c's.... thats is sad.

    All you lucky homeschooled people.
Though public schooling did have it's merits, I did have fun times.
Anyway, congrats top Soph, and anyone else graduating Highschool (College in the ACT), good job guys and girls.

Your doing great girl! G00d for you.. I cant wait till I graduate... pff, that's in 2008.. Well I hope you guys have a successful life, and start the things you've always wanted to do. (if you have not) As long as you have time for PC, all is good ehh? ^_^

That's so good! I didn't know you were that old, lol, not old, you know what I mean. Have fun, and go to college!

Congrats! I still have two years of High School and then Pre-Med :'(
    I can't wait...
    Anyways congrats!

Congrats Soph! XD Our graduation was before our exams started, so that we could concentrate on studying. I'm in the middle of exams now and technically I have graduated from school already. ^^

XD You have to pass an exam to graduate? XD o_O

Congratulations. I hope you have a simply wonderful rest of your life. I hope you get a wonderful carrer and get a good job.

    Graduation Complete!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO my Graduation was this morning ^_^ wow it was so cool. We got to wear the black graduation robes and sit out in front of the whole school. And we had sashes too, we got to keep those.

I got a few shocks at the graduation!!!

Shock number one was the Principal's Address (thats what her speech is called.) She made mention of 3 students for high acheivement, and the third mentioned was ME! She said I had acheived an A in TEE English, and then i'm like uh yea most of us know that, and THEN she announced a statistic that blew me away O_O.

She told the whole school that an acual statistic is that only NINE PERCENT of TEE English students get an A. O_o. Oh wow, and I got an A!!!! Woooo! In the top nine percent of the country for English! woooooooooo!!!

Second shock wasnt shocking since I knew I was going to get it; I got called up to receive the Honour for English over the school ^_^. It was SO FUNNY when I opened the prze (the teachers pick them fro the students and wrap them as the award) my English teacher knows me well, he got me a book on web design, hahahahahah! He knows me too well :P, im renowned over the whole school for being on the computer all day long. Heheheh. Nice gift to get for an English Honor...XD. He also talked about me a bit to the school while I was standing up there and said to everyoe that I was an outstanding student and that I had a rare gift for english and some other nice stuff about grades and acheievements ^_^

Third shock was the shockingest O_O. My Science teacher got up and I did this huge double take because I had thought she wanst going to give any awards. Only TWO Grade Twelve students took Senior Science this year, me and Martha, the exchange student from Colombia. Ms Green (science teacher) has never ever awarded anyone for science and is known as the toughest teacher in the school, to get a B under her is major (martha and I got B I think.) Anyway she got up and announced that she had only two students this year, but that for the first time since coming to the school (years ago now) she has had Grade 12's worthy of getting an award for high acheivement, and she gave both me and Martha awards O_O. I got an honour certificate for science as well and I was so, so surprised O_O XD. ^_^.

My graduation went great...im so happy....I acheived really high, passed everything and got two special awards and a few special mentions ^_^.

Great XD, I didnt really read your posts so i''ll do so later.

Wow, you only graduated about a week after me XD
I read a bit of your last post, I guess you are so proud of yourself now XD I didnt take Science, its not compulsory at my place, I passed everything also, well you dont really fail these days huh, most people pass. I didnt really get anything special at my graduation, just a certicificate of achievement on the computer maths field. i got top dog in english XD I got some other awards that i cant name right now but I can take it out of the frame and scan it later when my scanner starts working (Really crap reason why it doesnt work right now, it says i need to connect my scanner to my computer, unfortunately i already checked, and it was CONNECTED FOR GODS SAKE but anywhat..) I really think I did a good job in high school also. Especially the part AFTER raduation where everyone started loving you XD

Anywhat, good luck and i hope you have a wonderful life (not plain wonderful, but just "wonderful" XD)
