I have an EV'd Gengar, apparently 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD, Timid, Shadow Ball/Thunder/Focus Blast/Destiny Bond

30 - 31 / 26 - 27 / 2 - 3 / 29 - 30 / 21 - 22 / 31

I reckon that's my best pokemon, overall. As you can see, my stuff tends not to be of good quality....and I can't clone any of the pokemon listed in this post except Groudon
