I was thinking 'The Little Mermaid' (except not really a mermaid xD).
Uh okay...Altaria could be the Mermaid in the sky (no such thing but meh) and she falls in love with the sailor ( I think that guy was a sailor) on a boat. And then Swablu could be her little friend :D
And Quilava and Cyndaquil could be the crew members.

Well Altaria would have to have teh :Cream sponged delight(You can really feel teh sponginess in this one, recommended for starter Altaria's) and Swablu would have something similar: Cream cloud delight. Now moving along to Typhlosion, Brown Apple Berry delight(This is a tropical mix to highten teh pokemon's stats as well as Oran + Sitrus berry's to make it feel great in no time). Next Quilava: Berry Grassed Delight(A mix like Brown Apple Berry delight, but has more grassy textures to suit to Quilava's needs and can practise Marsh-Berry making). Finally Cyndaquil, who will have another in teh delight range but something more sweeter: Berry Infusion with Tropical Swirls.
