4th Gen AltWFC Friend Code Exchange

I'm looking to exchange friend codes with somebody that uses the AltWFC DNS Server on their system. I currenty own Pokemon Diamond and I've been using the GTS like crazy again, but I want to add some friends to my Pal Pad.

I must ask, how did you get an alternate WFC server?

The only way I know how to get WFC back is by using a flashcart. If you're using a legit cart then I am curious as well.

I only know three: Action Replay, Flash Cart, Emulator. What's the fourth?

Use cheat codes to patch out the security in the carts, and then use a custom DNS server and you can connect.

That's via Action Replay, right?
