My fave first stage Bug-type is a tie between Sewaddle and Yanma but I like Yanma better cos it's fast and awesome.

OMG. I forgot about Joltik. Cute yet really deadly, especially if it evolved to a Galvantula.

A level 100 Weedle! Thats pretty dedicated.
Added greg and Hikari to the members list. Galvantula is very fast and with compound eyes he can use thunder with no fear of missing. (well a small fear but anyway)

He has barely usable moves and he managed to bring it up to level 100. That's not dedicated. that is PASSION.

Talking about Weedles, I once captured a shiny weedle in Firered. I was a tiny baby at the time, so I didn't know shinies were rare or uncommon. I thought it was a female or something. It was until I turned 12 that I realized what I lost (since it was a shiny weedle....blue!) and I regret doing so. Will miss Beedrill.....

Level 100 Weedle? miltankRancher is right....that's full pokemon passion....

The shiny I always wanted was a Venonat. It's just something about the blue eyes that makes me love Venonat even more. Has anyone here ever caught a bug type shiny?

Yes. A weedle...evolved it to Beedrill and let me tell you....a blue-eyed Beedrill was just so...beautiful. Unfortunately, I was a child who knew nothing. And as a child, I erased the game not knowing that shinies were too rare....and now I regret it. Love the Weedle though....

Hmmm...... I don't think I have, well without cheating =P But i do have quite a few shiny bug types at the moment (Venonat, Yanmega, Scizor, Armaldo, Weedle, Shuckle, Skorupi, Scolipede, Accelgor)

If I had I would've wanted it to be Caterpie because I love pink Butterfree.

In all honesty....I also thought they were glitches or something that messed up the game...ignoring them. XD

I never used an AR....but I only encountered 2 shiny in my entire life so far: a Weedle, a Spinda, and....and....uhh....that's it. Oo !

Ooo! Now you're talking. A Beautifly, Bedrill...Mothim...they are utter beauties when it comes to being a shiny. Wish I had a shiny Mothim to have, since they are so beautiful.

Shiny Mothim is gorgeous.

Shiny Illumise is also really pretty.

I want them all.
