Am I the only one who doesn't like dark/night mode?

I definitely prefer dark mode with the brightness turned down halfway. I browse pretty much every site with dark mode, including this one. It makes the site look better and puts more emphasis on the post flairs. In fact, I don't think browsing with the regular mode is healthy for the eyes. It's like staring in a lightbulb for several hours. I already wear glasses, so I don't need to make my eyesight worse.

I didn't care much for dark mode til I was like 17 and started feeling eye strain every now and then when browsing light websites for hours. Now it's a requirement.
