Tyranitar is always good to run with the water weavile (I forget the set) to set up energys fast, and spiritomb or sableye for speed.

T-Tar's better as a heavy hitter, though Charizard's good to have in the wings.
I ran a few of each in my deck, I don't think T-tar can function without them, and it definitely would have worked better if I owned that weavile. I can't decide whether expert belt is really worth it, it tanks at a monstrous 180 HP and the power output isn't bad with the extra 20 damage, but it usually isn't worth the 2 prize loss. I took e-belts out of gyarados too, just because I usually lose to badly placed e-belts when I do run them. I'm not all that sure that they're good anymore.
i know it wont be out yet, but it still looks cool XD
heres my idea so far:
typhlosion x2
quilava x3
cyndaquil x4
interviewers questions x4
profesor oaks new theory x4
hoothoot x3
noctowl x2
larvitar x3
pupitar x2
tyranitar x1
life herb x2
rare candy x2
vulpix x3
ninetales x2
Less Hoothoot and Noctowl, more Vulpix and Ninetales, since you're already running one Ninetales. And add more Fire energy while you're at it, since it's vital to Ninetales's drawing PokePower.
typhlosion x2Looks decent. Though you don't need to have more basics and Stage 1s as you do of the final stage if you run some of the search cards I mentioned in one (or more) of my posts in the thread where the modified format set change was posted as news, as well as 4 total Rare Candy. For instance, today, I ran a 3-2-3 evolution line of Typhlosion Prime, and a 2-2 evolution line of Ninetales in my deck at Battle Roads today. (b'-')b
ill probably drop it down a few cards, but its basically my proto-type ^_^
I'll see if I can find time tomorrow to help you test it via Redshark.
wats redshark????? O_O" will it bite me? *grabs my ass* not again, my ass cant handle another shark attack :(
It's an online way to play the TCG. Great way to test a deck in standard if you are able to find someone to play against. PokeBeach is the site that actually officially supports it.
