Anime Charcter Drawings (revival)

Man... I don't know how long I can last before I go into gilbertman withdrawl. We still have to wait THAT long for him?!! @_@

What will I do?!!

HEY EVERYONE HOWS IT GOING? :)


in case anybody wanted to know i had a great time in California, it was nice and sunny and warm the whole time, well except for the day i arrived which it was rainy, i spent 5 days going between Disneyland and California Adventure, had loads of fun, rode some wild rollercoasters at Knotts Berry Farm, and went to the snoresville i like to call Universal Studios, ohhh look we can take a tour of the Desperate Housewives nieghborhood set...BIG WHOOP! well anyhoo, i really loved flying it was so fun, specially the turbalence, WHEEE!

but nmow i got a horrible cold, *sniffle* stupid runny rose :(

anyway thanks CC honey for keeping up the thread, man did i reallly draw that? well that shows how practice can make a big differnece

well i agree with ya'll about the whole art style thing, when i got back i got to looking at my pics and decided if my style ain't broken why fix it? but i did find a new techinque to make my line art not look as jagged almost smooth, i still do the lineart in MS Paint, but i use some special filters in another program and the lineart turns out signifficantly, significanl....signeficanlly......way better, so ya'll be able to see that next friday, speaking of next friday, ive already got somedrawing planned and in the work, which include 3 characters whose name begins with "W", a casual blue waterflower, and a doctor from a castle,

so i missed all of you and see ya soon!

well id probably have those epies if my grandma didnt go to dail-up since before with highspeed i could download 20 episodes in like 3 days which rocked, but right now its tooking me 2 months to het 50% complete to download part 3 of the 1st season, man i want fast internet again, but ill keep todd in mind

and im sorry Mario that sucks, thats something ive only delt with once, the Dollar Tree will pay for firing me!!!! O.o good thing i work for the family business now

anybody got any suggestions on who i should draw this week, yes i know todd but who else?

You make Prima hawter eash time you draw her XD. I also like Eusuine. I agree that Cronicles made his name blah. XD.
Speaking of Cronicles..I missed it today T-T XD. Maybe you can take a go at Jimmy/Kenta/Yoshi again. The old one is outdated. Or, you can try Vincent/<His other name here> XD.
Another Idea is to complete the Cerulean Sisters in Casual Clothing. You made Daisy (And the best pic of her ever, by the way XD *Still drooling at that pic*) So maybe you can try the other two. Unfourtuatly, I don't got any pics of the other two (Only Daisy XD) so I can only give you the idea.

Anyways, keep on drawing. They rox. The fact that you colored them in MSpaint shows that you don't need fancy programs to make somthing good (For both Comic Makers like myself and artists like you XD).
 
After looking most of your pictures i do have a critique:

It seems that some of them really turn out great, though others were quite bad compared to the good ones i mean. Well i can only make one thing about that. Don't rush it. Take your time when your drawing. If you rush with your drawing, the outcome will decrease. You have all the time in the world, use that wisely. Other than that there are some beautifull pictures in there. Though you should draw more of kenta ghehe :P Keep up the good work, and don't rush things ;)

I downloaded (or shall I say my sister's awesome boyfriend) Pokemon episodes by a new program called BitComit. Yes, I finally have luck with Bittorent.
Just in, my sister's bf says episodes 20 thru 40 are almost done downloading.

whoops gotta be careful when Downloading music, i just got a worm that caused my computer to open an infinite amout of internet browsers, but i DETETED IT! what are you accusing me downloading music illegally......how dare you......okay perhaps O.o

i need a more structured way of decideding who i should draw right now i transition and draw a guy then a girl then a guy then a girl...well you get the picture, but to decide who i have a folder with like a million pictures of most every character and as i go through the pics who im going to draw changes several times

hhhm were yuo using the menu on the first post? well thanks input is always welcome, most likely anyones that look crappy are probably my older ones now adays i really try to make look as good, well as good as i feel like :P


sorry CC i guess i word thing to confusing, what i meant is that ill be back ojn Sept.30 and the next uypdate will be Oct.7th, i do have vacation pics, but all the ones im in SUCK! i



yes you did post some of my old art, the funy thing is that the one drawing of the pink haired girl is probably the last remaining of my first original drawings, since i accidently erased my harddrive a couple of months ago

thats cool i wish i could download more episodes, but I HAVE STUPID DAIL-UP!!!!!!...sorry thats cool ive already downloaded episodes 1-40 and im half way done downloading episodes 60-80, i dont know why i skipped 40-60 and i also have the orange island epis, im also MAD cuz all the season 3 eppies are now available for BT downloads now BUT I CANT DOWNLOAD EM CUZ MY INTERNET SUCKS! sorry got angry again

ohhh thats creepy CC, you brought up Violet, whom i just finished drawing in her casual clothing, man either you or I are psychic, wierd anyway CONGRATES TOO CC! great job in the contest :) yep i i attribute you as well as some others that have push me and helped me over the past year and a half to take my art to a level i never thought i could do, but my biggest thanks goes to you CC! i love ya!


YAY! i just found out the media player i use VideoLan, which is a great program for making screencaps, can copy DVDs to hard drives, i found this out when my little bro rented Pokemon Heroes this week end, and i was messing around with the player and found an option that allows you to convert DVD video in to mpeg format so now i have pokemon heroes on my computer! notice how i said my brother rented it, thats the great thing about having a little bro i can rent pokemon stuff and as long as it looks like its for my bro people dont think im wierd! ........... or sometin'

this was actually the first time ive watched pokemon heroes since i watched it 2 years ago, which because of me watching that movie i fell in love with pokemon, so i guess i have my little bro to thank for me being here today

well i could keep going about various things but ill stop, only 5 more days till friday! ohh i think i got some good'ens this week so until then!
 
I like your images. I hope you make more. Would you do trainers from the RPGs? I don't mean main characters, like thew Brains, Wes, and Rui, but other trainers like swimmers and dragon tamers.

ive actually done the Dragon Tamer and Parasol Lady from R/S/E you can brose through all my pics on the first post of this thread but be warned, a lot of the pics are older and do kinda suck

ITS FRIDAY! got 8 pics today, and if ya look closely, you can maybe tell that theyre has been a lineart improvement, its now much smoother and not as rigidy, its hard to tell but comapre it to the older drawings its very obvious

one on the left is the original lineart while the one on the right is the new better lineart, so it just smoothes out curves better

Sadly, in order for me to have noticed the change before you told me, I had to put the pic on mspaint and zoom in. Then I was like "ohhhhhh"
You did pretty good though. Winona looks pretty good and it's nice to have your art again.
btw, you NEED to do the PMC or at least Mary, she's the one in my avatar. She is teh sex! *is drooling* love her shiny, candy hair and how slick she looks. And for some reason the link to your Hiromi pic doesn't load. Meh, I'll try again later.
Wally is just awesome! You used eye type Richius simplus, my made up name for his kind of eye. And yes, Richius came from Richie for he too has those eyes. One catch, I believe he should have Generalius Ladus eyes. Those are the ones that most of the Johto filler boys had, they're Misty's but without the lashes.
Good job so far! And if you come up with better names for the eye categories, feel free to post them but they gotta have that "us" or "ius" as a suffix.
