Anime recommendations?

I need help. I need something to watch. It must be anime. It must feature lots of high school girls. I'd prefer it to not have any fantasy elements or over-the-top humor, but they would be tolerable in moderation. Any suggestions? If they're good, you may get cookies.

Also, my birthday is in three days. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Especially if I have to create my own thread in "Celebrations."

I'm going with Ouran High School Host Club. I'd suggest Mahou Sensei Negima (it's a harem manga/anime, so lots of girls), but it's fantasy. :(

Funny thing is, I just wrapped up Ouran High School Host Club hours before posting this blog.

As for Kanon, that's on hold due to my financial inability to buy the DVD's (or even a Netflix subscription:/ )
