Omg this round was horrible. So many match ups of anime I've never seen and match ups of anime I like.

Nagaserete Airantou vs Bleach had to vote Nagaserete because I like it better than Bleach actually and its overrated. Charizard don't tell this to anyone in the Bleach fan club Dx

Samurai Champloo vs Trigun good that was hard so I had to abstain

Case Closed vs Cowboy Bebop

Spice and Wolf vs Sonic X had to go with Sonic because I'm sure its more underrated than Spice and Wolf and I love Sonic so yeah

I think that's about it

If you read into CCS's plot you can see a LOT of disturbing things. =D
 
Wow Shaman King vs Eyeshield 21 was a hard choice for me. I picked Shaman King. Also Trigun vs SC.

I like both so I had to abstain but maybe I should have voted CCS because I'm just starting Angel Beats. Meh...

But, I'm going to have to defy you there digi.
R+V is one of the best anime I have seen this summer :D Its going to be hard to top.
 
CCS only winning by two? I sense a disturbance in the force. I guess it's not surprising, what with the Angel Beats! fad going strong and all, but it saddens me that a classic might lose to it. It'd be like Shakespeare losing to Twilight or something. Well, maybe not that extreme (at least Angel Beats! was a good series), but that's kind of how I see it, being a zealot and all. Speaking of zealots, StarCraft II sounds great about now.

As for some of the others...
Castle in the Sky vs. Clannad: tough call for me, but as much as I did like Clannad, it doesn't stack up here
Suzumiya Haruhi vs. Lucky Star: no contest, Haruhi wins hands down. The Suzumiya Haruhi series is extremely interesting, Lucky Star is references and herping while you derp.
ef vs. 5 cm per Second: tough decision, but 5cm/s was one of the most powerful sad things I've ever seen
Saki vs. Hanamaru Kindergarten: both pretty good recent series in my opinion, but I feel like Hanamaru Kindergarten is better and doesn't see the popularity it deserves

Higurashi was too bloody for it to get my vote. It was a good anime, but... >:
 
Well you like Elfen Lied don't yu so Higurashi MAYBE should be a walk in the park watching just with blood splattered into the grass and pavement. I'm a bit suprised Sonic X got this much votes though and it won last round.

I just love the way Gintama went up against Bleach last round and won against the member of the shonen big 3 by one point and nowthe series has come to kick the ass of a second member of the shonen big three this round xD
