I found your gallery! At last. Anyway, let's have a look at your latest work.
First thing I noticed was Torchic's head, I feel it should be more rounded rather than there being a "dent" just above the forehead, though it should be there, I feel it could be just a tad more rounded and less sudden.
The feet of Torchic are rather well drawn and I'm loving the shading and the shadow following the closer foot. It's a little rough in parts but as you said it is a comic so I think you can be forgiven :p
Overall it looks quite well, just needs a slight touch up. I look forward to more of the comic! As always, I love your handwriting n__n

Omg, I love your art style! <3 It's so adorable. And I love how you shade, it's so perfect. :D

I think your sketches are the best (Personal preference, I love sketches), but you're good at drawing with anything; pencil, art programmes, even your MSN doodles are epic xD

It's been a while since I looked here, but I see you're still improving. Awesome work, keep it up!
 
It's really nice to see such a big improvement! I like the Minun one a lot, the contrast between the blue and the orang/pink in the background is really good, it makes Minun more lively.

Do you use SAI?
