Answer my question with a question v2

Can it be reset over and over by reaching level 100 and making it Legendary ?
 
Isn't time and our efforts are in Nuzlocke mode without the ability to reload, which once gone, will not be back ?
 
Don't you think the whole "you must use the first Pokemon you encounter rule" is stupid?
 
Why don't they accept the redundancy of playing same game again, instead of self-imposing those rules ?
 
So what's the point of imposing those rules if finishing the missed task(s) are the intention ?
 
What if the self imposed rules prevents them from finishing a task that they would be able to under normal rules?
 
Does something matter?
