The main idea of this deck is to use Celebi Prime to beat evolution cards, with the help of Roserade and Vileplume. Using both poke-power of Celebi and Roserade to Poison, Confuse, or both (Using a rainbow energy to do both with one energy) your opponent's active. Vileplume is to keep people from using Catcher to stop Celebi's reign of terror. Vespiqueen is there to keep snipers from hitting Vileplume, or any other grass pokemon on the bench. Just in case people use Reshiram or Zekrom, I put Scizor prime in there (assuming they will use a special energy on them) to completely block them. Pichu and Tornadus are just there for setup. Tornadus has high HP and is just used as fodder until everything come together.

Problems: I've played this deck at my League recently and the problems I've run into are Decks based around basic pokemon, such as Tornadus, Reshiram, Zekrom, etc; Tyranitar decks. I've thought about adding Krookidile (BW) to do 60 to T-tar (and Zekrom) and prevent it from doing too much to the other pokemon.

Let me know what you think and some ideas that could help. Thanks for reading and your advice.

Gothitelle is probably better than the Vespiquen-Vileplume combo because it can also attack for serious damage and has more HP than either of those two, but to improve on what you've got without swapping out any Pokemon, here are my suggestions:

As odd as it sounds, I think you should run 3 Rare Candy so you can get the Trainer lock applied ASAP.

Consider Running some Black Belt for extra oomph from your Pokemons's attacks, sine you will probably be set up slower than your opponent.

The problem I see with Celebi Prime for energy acceleration is that it needs to be active. Maybe consider swapping it out for the Night Sight Noctowl so you have a draw engine.

It's an interesting strategy, but you probably want to increase the speed at which you trainer lock and focus more of your strategy to work around the lock. Celebi Prime is relatively weak, takes a decent effort to get up and running and against most decks in the format right now, just doesn't cut it. Its ability to stall can easily be circumvented by the basics that most players run, mainly Zekrom and Reshiram. Vespiquen keeps your bench from being targetted and therefore your Vileplume and itself from being properly sniped without the use of sludge drag, so your primary focus should be to find a pokemon that is capable of a snagging a couple of KOs before it goes down.

That being said, Zekrom is always a viable option, Mew Prime with a tech Jumpluff and/or Muk is good, too, and Yanmega Prime is always fantastic. A few Sunflora wouldn't be bad, either for search power.

Personally, if I played the deck I would run something silly like Whimsicott and Cotton Guard to buy time for a more impressive attack. Just to mess with people.

I like it... But I agree with donavannj... Gothitelle would be better. however, it lacks power. 3 psy energy to do 90 damage? Might as well do 30 with one. To tell you the truth, I like Vileplume better. The Trainer Lock is awesome, but if the opponent sees it coming, they could catcher and donk. You should put in a few Rare Candy to speed up your evolutions and avoid being donked. I think putting Krookodile in there would just be too much.
