How exactly can it beat an EX deck? Just from looking at the list, it doesn't look like it'd fare very well at all.

if ray deox knocks out an ex youll get three prize cards

itl one shot mewtwo ex. for three prizes and anything else for a one shot and two prizes

It could 1-shot a lot of stuff, but it's very tricky to get any LEGEND Pokemon setup, and any Mewtwo EX can just one-shot RDL right back for revenge with just a Double Colorless attached to it, since RDL is weak to it. Regigigas EX could do the same thing to RDL, actually.
