Saw there's on an auction site. I thought they were Topps Chrome sparkle cards but they do not say Topps anywhere. Anyone know what these are or if they are real and their value?

They're unofficial products. I've seen a lot of similar cards (stickers) with the same Poké Ball graphic and they all lack copyright information.
