That's what Kira does all throughout Destiny: he tries to disable the weapons of the enemies without killing them outright. If Kira really wanted to, he could've fragged Heine Westenfluss right then and there without having to wait for Stellar to slice him in half after all his weapons were gone. Such tactics would prove to be Kira's downfall against Shinn...

...and later, by the magic of his bi-shounenness and flowing hair, he's able to make shinn look like a fool in a matter of seconds.

Auel Neider: Dead, "Defiant" beam javelin through the cockpit.
Heine Westenfluss: Dead, "Griffon" beam blade through the cockpit. *don't really remember*
Kira Yamato: Alive, even though a "Vajra" beam sabre had pierced the cockpit.

Yeah, there's definitely something wrong here. *shoots Jorfe with the silenced Nagant M1895 again just for the heck of it* XD

Heine didn't die... he just dissolved into a magical pocket of existence that none but the twilight-living people can find... *_* where all bishies go after their "death"...

I don't really care... seeing as I'm familiar with neither other than episode guides xD And I hardly recognise Heine, too.
 
Say...if I were to get banned, about how long would I be banned? Or is it all situational?
 
It depends what you do to get banned, what your warnings were for, if you've been banned in the past, etc.
