Besides, the Animal Cruelety thing here in Idaho isn't too strict, becuase the government won't pass many of the laws.

But I don't think it's cruel to cut up a horse who died of old age...

I think it's cruel because you're disrespecting the body of the animal~
;_; I dont mind if someone puts the animal to good use (food, clothing, anything that will better someone) .. but not to cut it up and throw it away ;__;..

I personally could never do that to an animal ;o;~
