Jorge: 200+ episodes of One Peice?!?! o.o;; I never liked the show, but I've always wanted to know what the treasure was.....>_>
 
How am I stretching the page? o_O; All I know is that I suck at signature coding, that could have something to do with it...lemme check.

I'm hoping the treasure is actually treasure...though knowing a lot of these type of shows it's probably going to be something like the power of friendship or love or something...pah.
 
Take out about10 '-'s so that PC Rules can fit on the same line~ Maybe it's just may layout...

Close to 300, I know it's one of the five longest running anime in Japan right now.

That's not the goal of the series, Luffy wants a ten man crew first. He has 7 so far counting himself, the manga will end a little bit after the tenth person joins.

T-T Oh well. The anime I'm currently into right now is .hack. It'd be so neat if 'The World' was real..:3

It's not like I don't have reasons...XD

a) Pages load quicker because of my 28k modem, and

b) A year and a half ago at the beginning of the turmoil, there were a lot of signatures that were unpleasant for one reason or another and I didn't feel like being barraged with them.

So...that's pretty much it. I can't say that I miss seeing them at all XD

Hmm...let me guess. If you're talking about longest-running of all time, I'd have to say the other four are DB/DBZ/DBGT, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Digimon (all five seasons.)...?

Seaze-san - 1000+, Pokemon 170ish/260ish=452ish, Detective Conan - 400+, Doraemon - 800+

Let's say the treasure is actually a legion of ghost pirates who have now been awoken and plan on once again ruling the seas instead of becoming Luffy's crewmen. Then...that could be another season finding out how to beat them XD

I would have never imagined that there were any anime with upwards of 1000 episodes...are they made for young children or something? That's the only explanation I can think of...

That would be amazing...I'd love to see everyone's disappointment when they see that there was never any treasure in the first place and Gold Roger had just laid a trap as a final bit of revenge XD

Got some stuff wrong XD

1. Doraemon - 2000+ episodes
2. Sazae-san - Nearing 1763
3. Dragonball - 501
4. Detective Conan - 478
5. Pokemon - 452
6. One Piece - 298 (I think) Manga has 41 volumes

Longest running manga is Kochikame Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kouenmae Hashutsujo, volume 110 came out a few weeks out. And yes, it is a running story, not aimed at kids.

And yeah, the first two are aimed at young kids.

Are you serious? I didn't know there was an anime running longer than Dragonball.

That manga must be a heck of a story, because 110 is zomg alot. XD

Yeah, it's a little over 1000 chapters I think, it's been running since 1969...or79.

That person would be highly addicted to that show if they ever got all of them X_X In my eyes it's impossible xD
 
It's not an anime, I think it's like one of the few long running manga never to get an anime.
