Currently there is no (reliable) working PS2 emulator. The iso that is floating around are used by techies who got the ability to transfer that game to be playable on their modified PS2. If you want an emulator that is fully functional so that you can enjoy PS2 games without buying the game or the station itself, then you'll have to wait for awhile longer.

Then again, it'll take at least days to download a PS2 game even if it works, and I imagine that it'll consume your hard drive space before you realize it.

oh and you can install some hack that lets you play a ps2 dvd on a dvd pc drive

Alright I lied. PSCX 0.9 just came out recently and I didn't realize it until now. PSCX0.9 should be your best bet, and its selling point according to their main website is that some games are fully functional, such as Disgaea.

Doubt that I am allowed to link it directly from here, but search up PSCX and it should be the first result in google.

emulators usually have the keyboard as the defualt controls..
i played ps1 games on an emulator...
