There is a deeper meaning. This is the second PokeCommunity started. The first one had some big probs (DB errors all the time, threads and members getting deleted by them and other things), so we moved to what you see today. And thus that was the old PC, and this is the new PC.

But what Kylie is talking about is the older part of the new PC. Back before many of you were members, something like around 2003-2004. Ages ago that she calls the old new PC.
