Everybody's doing this tourney its seems...

Ice Beam is far better on Mewtwo than Energy Ball for coverage purposes.

Zapdos needs Heat Wave. Light Screen is better on dual screens pokes, and U-Turn is just a waste on ZApdos. And although it doesn't look like a bulky poke, it actually runs good bulky sets:

    -Zapdos w/Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 248 HP, 244 Defense, 16 Speed
Moves: Thunderbolt, Heat Wave, Roost, Defog/Hidden Power Ice

    or

    -Zapdos w/Leftovers
    Nature: Calm
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 248 HP, 244 Sp.Defense, 16 Speed
Moves: Thunderbolt, Heat Wave, Roost, Defog/Hidden Power Ice

Quick Guard isn't really used in singles, especially on Talonflame. Protect ins singles does what Quick Guard does, but has even greater priority and can be used against many more moves. It's used in doubles because it also protects your teammate. Besides, priority Brave Bird from something as fast as Talon goes before all other forms of priority except Extreme Speed. Roost or Tailwind are better choices here.

I'm not sure sure if that Mega Charizard X set you're using is the bulky set or not, but if it is, swap Rock Slide with Roost to give Charizard more longevity.

I kinda get the feeling that other Fairies would be better for your team than Wigglytuff. Something like Azumarill or Sylveon would be better:

    -Azumarill w/Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 168 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Defense, 84 Speed
Moves: Waterfall, Play Rough, Aqua Jet, Superpower

    or

    -Azumarill w/Sitrus Berry
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Speed
Moves: Belly Drum, Aqua Jet, Superpower, Play Rough

    -Sylveon w/Leftovers
    Nature: Modest
    Ability: Pixilate
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Attack, 4 Defense
Moves: Hyper Voice, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power Fire/Psyshock, Calm Mind

    or

    -Sylveon w/Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Pixilate
    EVs: 252 HP, 244 Defense, 12 Speed
Moves: Hyper Voice, Wish, Protect, Heal Bell/Toxic

And I don't see how you'd be getting walled by Xerneas when you've got Ferrothorn. Gyro Ball wrecks Xerneas. Though you'll want a more defensive EV spread of 252 HP, 40 Defense, 212 Sp.Defense with a Relaxed nature. And Leech Seed>Poison Jab.

I guess heat wave is banned

Oh, ♥♥♥♥, right, its has to be born/caught in Kalos. Stupid rules.... You can't use Heat Wave or Defog then. Or Hyper Voice on Sylveon, if you roll with it (if you do, Cute Charm+Moonblast is ok). I don't know what to do with Zapdos then.
