It is real, as was mentioned in another thread, it came from Oha Star... It has even been confirmed on the Official Pokemon Website that this even is going to happen, so there is no room for doubt at ALL: HeartGold/SoulSilver Official Website - Arceus Event one of the scans even says "Lv 1"... in English no less XD [Original Japanese] [My Translation] Hope that helps out anyone doubting ^^
