Yes. By going through the bytes with a scripting documentation by your side and looking for the commands and values mentioned there. 6. PokeTEXT is not reccomended, because there are several bugs in it. You should use a Hex-Editor + Table file or Thingy32 + Table file, as they're a lot more efficient.
