4th Gen are celebi rare in Gen 4 Games?

Celebi can't be obtained in-game in Gen IV. You must get them from Nintendo events; unfortunately, those events have long since passed. You have to ask a friend who has one to trade it to you. Or use the Trade Corner.
 
Just what PlatinumDude, you need to Trade.. because Celebi always was an event Pokemon.

that's awesome to know! i ended up getting 2 from a used copy of diamond
yesterday and i knew there was an event for it idk it already happened tho :/
