I am saying this by very thinking and i found many people saying that Decomps change everything inside the rom , like the orginal offsets of things and more, so doesn't it is something that Nintendo can take in head? As far as binary is concerned they're small changes and don't change much . But decomps change everything in the rom , answers to me would be 😃. I've already seen binary hacks coming to copyright so isn't there probability of decomps hacks too?

Yeah, decomp hacks could be hit with a copyright claim just as easily as binary hacks; as far as Nintendo is concerned there's no difference. If you release a game (or anything else) with "Pokémon" in the name and Nintendo decides they don't like that, they won't care how you made it, they'll just ask you to stop.
