    Are there any proper section where i can open thread for my game ? Both for review and hiring volunteer artists.
     
    That'd be in either The Showcase or the Beginner's Showcase (both within Game Development - read the thread requirements first), depending on the progress of the game. In the thread you can list "need help with art on so-and-so", or request someone to draw art for you here.

    Also for next time your question belongs in the sticky up the top of this section. :)
