I recently got ALOT of legendaries from someone, for free.
He stated himself that there are cloned, but what I want to know was the original it was cloned from, legit or hacked? If they are hacked Ill just keep them for my collection, I just want to know if I can use them in Wi-Fi battles without getting banned or something.

All of them only say which region they came from, not the lvl they were met or place they were caught. Except for a few, where I will state where what at what lvl. MORGAN was the name of the trainer I got them from

Some of the shiny pokemon with all max ivs seem really fishy, but maybe there were any events that gave you them with max IVs set, so thats why Im asking. I made a scheme of things I thaught would be needed to define a hacked pokemon, but if you need anything else ask me and ill add it. Thanks so anyone helping me with this.

Im just going to keep them for my living dex/collection.
Im not going to pretend like they are not hacked and trade them for legit pokemon.

Does releasing erase the data from their PokeDex? If no, release them! I swear if a friend saw that you are called hacker. Try to escape him/her.
I think it still shows up on your pokedex, but only as seen.
Anyway, ill just put them all in a box called ''Hacked Pokemon'', so I know not to use them in battles, and when a friend sees that im pretty sure he won't be mad (otherwise he is butthurt and I wouldn't want to be his friend anyway).

Alright, why not? Just do not show it to your friend lmao.
Why would my friends care lmao, as long as I don't try to trade it with him for a legit pokemon and saying its a legit pokemon as well, I think im fine.

Some of those might not be. I'd link but I have to go to work and I'm on my phone but there is a page on Neoseeker that lists many known hacked events dates / wonder card events. The ones with 6 IVs are always questionable but check dates to be more certain. That Tohoku Jirachi probably is a hack as it's a Powersave date. Someone had me clone the same one before I checked the date because I'm an idiot and expect people to check dates lol.

The shiny Genesect is legit. Some time ago there was an event that gave out shiny Genesects with that OT, and the rest of the info seems fine to me.

The shiny Mew is a hack though. There was exactly one event where it was even possible to obtain a shiny Mew, and said event was Japan-only and only on Emerald. The chances of actually having a legitimate one (since it's limited to one region, and one game, and chances of getting a shiny are extremely low, and it required a special item to access the event and not everyone even got that item, never mind having to transfer it up across 3 games to get it on a Gen 6 cartridge, and why would someone part with something that rare) are practically non-existent. And so offering shiny Mews on PokeCommunity is explicitly banned.

    The others idk.

These details just seem hacked straight away to me. Not 100% but warning klaxons are ringing.

Yeah I kinda of mixed those 2 up, woops

Thing is though neither Serebii nor Bulbapedia states whether it's shiny-locked or not, so if it wasn't then it's possible the one in the OP is legit. If not, then it's hacked.

i tried googling can plasma genesect be shiny but i don't seem to get many answers. oh well. i have a legit shiny one amyways. looking at how it was distributed it probably can't be shiny? darkrai and shaymin can be shiny from the gen4 event as they were caught in the wild whereas the genesect seems to come in nonshiny form
