Are you afraid of the dark?

I'm only afraid of the dark as someone said above, when I watch a scary movie or is reminded of one.

Yes. It's one of my many fears. I just don't like being alone in the dark... But that might be more from my fear of being alone...

I don't really mind it anymore. I used to run from the kitchen to my bedroom at night when I was young and would freak out because I thought people were going to come up behind me and hurt me or kill me or something stupid. XD; And I couldn't sleep with my closet door open because I'd always worry the girl from the Grudge would come out of it and take me.

Nope im not afraid of the dark. When I sleep I sleep with my eyes shut which means I cant see if its light or dark any ways. About the being afraid there really isnt anything to be afraid of worse case scenario so person breaks into the house and kills me eehhh it happens so no biggy just means I dont have to go to work the next day.

I don't think I ever went through the stage of being afraid of the dark. I love being in absolute darkness. <3 I guess maybe if I heard unfamiliar sounds in the dark, I'd be kinda scared. Then again who wouldn't be? :P

I have to admit, I have an odd obsession with being afraid of the dark.

I have an irrational fear of the dark. It's something I've had for years that hasn't gone away. I get jumpy at any sort of unidentified sounds (which there are a lot of in my house), especially since my house tends to attract roaches, mice and other nasties.
