You just simply go to the "Contact Us" page. I don't know whether or not it is located in the menu, but there is a link to it at the bottom of all of their pages. The e-mail address is [email protected] for general questions/suggestions.

You open a new window.Then go to YOUR E-mail.
LOG IN!
Then copy&paste the E-mail address on that mail-box that pops out from www.pokemon.com

Type what you want to say in YOUR E-mail, not mail-box.
Send the E-mail from YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT.
