Arg... More Hard Drive Troubles

Hooray. I'm back here again.
Anyway, now my hard drive is acting up.

I can't open my hard drive. I tried clicking, double clicking, triple clicking, etc... and even the enter key!

HELP!

use chkdsk to check for any errors and fix them

see if restarting helps, if that doesn't work then definitely use chkdsk or start up in safe mode and do a full system scan with your AV/AS/AAw programs.

I'm probably wrong in my assumption but every possible cause is worth a ponder — have you changed anything to do with the display language of your computer?

I recommend trying everything already posted.

Although if your hard drive is not opening, try a program called unlocker (google it), install and right click the hard drive, go to unlocker and see if it helps (see the site for more in depth info on how unlocker works) it works for folders but dont know if it works for a hard drive.

If that doesn't work, reformat is probably the only other option

I know I will be repeating stuff, so sorry about this.

Try everything above already meantioned, check your keyboard language settings and pc language settings, have you changed them recently for a game?

try virus/adaware/spysweeper scanning.. just incase, try opening the drive in safe mode.. try everything you can before reformat.
