There's no way Ash will get a Gible. He already has a full pokemon team, and Garchomp's Cynthia's pokemon.

By the way it could be interesting seeing Gabite (I think that if Ash will get Gible it'll evolve since it'd be massacre if he uses it against Garchomp) against Garchomp
