Sorry for not answering your question -_- I have some problems with understanding it (my English is not the best ^^"). Do you mean the funniest line he ever said? Or do you mean the funniest story line with Ash? Or do you mean something clompletly different?

This is very cute, too. (Although I'm definetly not an Ash - Gary supporter^^) Unfortunately I don't know who drew it -_- ... But whoever it was, he/she is a very good artist.
