On firefox its View > Text Size > then there are 3 options
Increase
Decrease

most likely from his pocket. ^^;
those things can shrink, and I'm sure he always has one or two in his pocket XD

No, I mean, I was trying to press alt+3 so I could make a heart
but I hit the wrong button and everything shrunk XD

yeah good point on the pocket thing, makes me wonder how all them pokeballs stay on his belt when he is running, ir falling down cliffs, yet the only time Ive known him to lose em is island of the giant pokemon, and even then he still had butterfree and pidgeotto! LOL

I made an ash sig, I might use it, wadda ya think?
