Ash.

There is no way Ash will win a canon league. The reason is that it would end the series if he became a champion of any league. Maybe come in second, but there is no way he will actually win.

Could you really see that happening?

Wouldn't you like to see one more Ash/Brock/Misty journey?
I would LIKE for Ash to be dropepd, but ti won't happen. And I think about it like this when people want Ash to leave:
Most charecters get worse and worse, if they made a completely new main charecter it may jsut be annoying.

I say, if this is the last season, and all his rivals come to take him on, and he actually switches pokemon in and out like the Johto and Kanto league battles, then yes he will win, it would be a damn good way to end the series!

if not, which, more likely tahn not, it won't be, then i hope he makes it at least to the top four, if not the final battle against paul or gary(if he decides to compete of course)

What I'd like to see is a Ash/Misty/May/Dawn/Brock series.

Yes. No Max.

because he is going to be a pokemon trainer at the time :V

I don't see why people would want Ash to leave...we would only end up with another Ash-like character anyway. Look at the chronicles, Richie done exactly what Ash would've done

What I'd like to see is a huge reunion. Everyone travels around with Ash! Misty, Tracy, May, Max, Dawn and Brock. Yeah, even Max, Tracy and Brock. They'll end up killing each other off with not getting enough screentime...hurrah! XD Oh, wait I've forgotten what this thread was about

If this is the last gen then yes, Ash will win. If not, then he'll lose. If there's a G/S remake then *maybe* he'll do something in Johto before the next gen's region.

If he actually wins the Sinnoh League, maybe they're make more airtime for Jimmy. You know the Jimmy from Chrinocles. Like how his journey began in Johto and start a series about him. That would be something to see, at least to me. But in true Ash's wins and loses are as follows:

Indigo league: Lost but top 16th
Orange Islands: Won but wondering if it really mint anything in the long run.
Johto League Silver Conference: Lost, but top 8th
Hoenn League: Lost, but I forgot his top rank lol
Battle Frontier: Won, nice final battle, but he cut it close.
Sinnoh League: Not Completed yet LOL

Ash has lost 3 major leagues, but only won 2 minor leagues that did'nt give him any type of master status. I'm still optimistic about Sinnoh through, he has a chance of going all the way if recalls past experiences and knowing what he's doing, and to not repeat past screw ups, ( and if the writers give the guy a chance to win at least one major league in his life lol.) Who knows? If he does win and becomes the champion his journey might still go on, or as stated above Jimmy will get his turn to shine. Only the future knows lol.

I can only hope so, i really doubt it, if only they can make it a seperate series to watch, rather then having one series to continuously follow. That would be so awesome, so that we have a freaking choice. W00T!

I think he's a very realistic trainer:

That is to say that he has good and bad days. His Pokemon, if "leveling" were real, would all be way up there in levels and likely dominate anybody. So I like that he loses as often as he wins. It keeps things even, you know?

I'd say, if there is a G/S remake, than that'll be what they do. They will give ash the heave ho, and let him win using all his past pokemon, and all his rivals come to try and beat him. He wins, then they decide to do a Pokemon: Gold and Silver Chronicles! Starring Jimmy! I'm kinda tired of ash, Jimmy impressed me much more.

I know Gary isn't battling anymore but I'd love a Gary-Shinji final ^_^, no Ash will loose until the last Generation of Pokemanz.

If this is the last generation of Pokemon, then I think he will win. If it isn't, he will lose ^_^ Most likely ^^

Just have one journey through one region we don't know and have all the characters (except Max) and they.....

Wait hold up, if Ash loses, he'll be dropped beacuse that's all we see him do in the tourneyes, is lose
