Ash's 6th pokemon

    I went to serebii today and it had new character bios for Ash and Paul. Ash 6th pokemon confired is a Gligar. Paul got a Gliscor. So how do you feel on these choice the pokemon company made?
     
    you know wats wierd i counted paul pokemon he has 7 on him..cuz its said

    ill be lmao if he has 10 pokemon with him.......in all ash rival i think he's the best even tho he act like an ass in every episode he's in..lol

    Serebii said not much is know with ninjask, so Paul could have released it.
     
    Yeppie. I think since Paul battle gyms and been to leagues he fights under the Pokemon Leauge rules which says only six pokemon at a time. So Ninjask could or could not be with him.

    Gligar? Well it is kinda lame. I mean we just have seen Gligar before under another trainer which was Morrison back in the Hoenn League and it wasn't really impressive back then either. I mean compare to this other pokemon, Gligar is kinda just boring and the show never really made it shine. I kinda think that Glisor should have gone with Ash but it seems like once again the writers made a mistake by now having the chance for Paul and Ash to have the same pokemon. Still that is assuming that Ash's evolves Gligar and Paul keeps his Glisor.
     
    I was hoping Ash could get a Riolu. Well I guess there is always Dawn, Brock, and Team Rocket.

    I'm sure they'll make Gligar have a bigger plot. But, it's a poison type. Muk was Ash's last [ me thinks =\ ], so maybe it'll be another clingy Muk-like creature. *buh buh buh*
    Anyways, cool, but a shy choice considering it's not a cuddly little thing like most of his past captures. n_n Aw, well, at least I never would've guessed it! =D
     
    I think Gligar does just fine.
    However, I don't see how he'll have two fliers.
    I say Gligar either gets boxed, traded, or given away within 30 episodes. Or atleast, I hope so. >_>

    Btw, despite the purple color, Gligar is Ground/Flying, not Poison, Kon.

    Thanks for correcting darling. You bring up a good point though, about the flyers. Except, it's not unprobable. Ash has had two grass types at a time before, but they didn't stay together for long either.

    Maybe Staravia will evolve, and go help the baby Starly... like another Pidgeot -_-;;
     
    I always thought Gilgar would be more suited for Brock peronally, but then I thiught that with Aipom too.

    It will be intersting for Ash to have a flyer who isn't a bird and this is his first poison type for a while too.
     
    From what I've seen, Paul shows his cruelty yet again.

    Ash warned him that capturing Gliscor would disband the colony and they would get lost, but Paul as usual only cares about strength.

    I really wish Ash had caught a Stunky instead. :(
     
    Man such a wierd type for him to capture, and the worst thing is since his rival has the evolution of it already his is unlikely to evovle unless his rival ditches his...

    Lame. Since they haven't even done the third gym yet that better damn well not be the last pokemon Ash cathes in this region. I'm sure at least one of his group is going to pull a Heracross sooner or later and get Oaked.

    He'll need a few extra reserves for the leagues and a possible elite four match later on anyhow so another capture or two down the road won't hurt.

    I smell a Lucario in Ash's future.
     
    The next episode is about the the 3rd gyn leader.
     
    Yeah so this Thread is kinda wrapped up for locked because, Yes Ash caught a Gligar and yes the next episode will be the third Gym Battle which sounds like Lucario v.s Buizel.

    Oh good point. Gligar may get Oaked. That will be kinda said since I liked it when Heracross was with Ash. Still okies. That is a possiblity. I agree with that since Sinnoh is kinda like Johto. I mean it seems like we have enough episodes to make up half of Johto and we are just bary at the third gym. Teeheehee

    Still Gligar is very unlike Ash and more like a Brock type pokemon. Trade? Teeheehee
     
    I agree, I thinkl Gligar is going to be Corphish 2.0 and not evolve because of the Crawdaunt(I'll clarify if need be) factor as well as it wouldn't be as funny.
