Ash's Roster Has Changed Once Again(WARNING MAJOR SPOILERS!)

    Ash's team of Pokemon has changed...again.

    This time, Grotle evolved during a battle against Team Rocket, in episode 634 Japanese episode of Pokemon, called Takeoff! Sunyshore Tower!

    Wow, Ash has gotten his roster changed 3, no 4, no 5 times between Snowpoint and Sunyshore. Chimchar evolved TWICE, he let go of Gliscor, got a Gible, and now Grotle evolved. Seriously, this is the biggest change he's had ever.

    I hope Gible evolves into Gabite, then Garchomp. It would be funny to see another Charizard XD, or it acting stupid like it was in it's pre-evolution.

    If Gible did evolve, Ash would have a seriously good team....if only he knew how to use it. Meh, my best bet is it will evolve during the upcoming Johto Frontier.

    Anyway, what're your thoughts on this new change, and what do you think of this sudden change of roster before the Sunyshore Gym? And about Gible evolving.

    As much as I want Gible to evolve, I don't want another Glalie. We spend only like a few months liking it as a Snorunt then it suddenly evolves with no personality whatsoever and then Oak'd. >_<

    Of course, I'm glad that they aren't rushing Sinnoh at this point. Especially with the Gen V games coming this Fall which I have a feeling will be delayed like DP was.
     
    I'm quite happy about this, actually. (Me, happy about an evolution! Who knew?)

    I mean, in truth, it was handled poorly, like almost every evolution ever made (it headbutts Seviper and Carnivine, pushes them back, then OMGEVOLUTION!); it was frankly done even worse than Monferno's evolution.

    But unlike Monferno's evolution, I don't hate this one because I don't feel it's a contrived move to attract fanboys. I don't think anyone really had the idea that Turtwig was even going to reach the Grotle stage, much less Torterra. But I'm happy.

    It learned Leaf Storm, too, which is nice.

    I can't wait to see how it uses Rock Climb, or how it implements swallowing its own Energy Ball. I think we'll see, when Ash battles Volkner...

    To me its nice and about time Ash started evolving his pokemon. I might be saying this seeing as Torterra is my fav pokemon now lol.

    I believe that Gible will probably reach Gabite but thats all and im saying this based on the past seasons where he atleast had a middle evolution but after seeing his roster im hoping it will reach Garchomp. As soon as i saw his roster change to include Gible i was and still am hoping that he will hav a Garchomp later in the series but it might act like a comedic relief though idk.
     
    I don't think Gibble will evolve this Generation.
    I think it will come with Ash and Pikachu to Generation 5. Than maybe evolve.
     
    Knowing Ash, if Gible ever did reach Garchomp (I seriously doubt it) the only move he would ever have it use would be tackle. Or something.

    If Ash changes his team one more time, I'm going to get whiplash.

    *Sigh* they couldn't even evolve Bulbasaur/Squritel once?
     
    No. Just no, keep Gible de-evolved, the last thing that kid needs is another Charizard, I'm getting sick of hearing about Charizard and how it can beat every Pokemon in the whole damn show and it would be on par with Cynthia's Garchomp. bull carp, just because it managed to beat a legendary [Articuno] which it should have lost to in the first place, and has fought other intense battles, but Ash hacks the hell out of his [Pikachu and Charizard Pokemon so meh, does not make it the most awesome thing ever! Okay, heavy exaggeration but regardless its beginning to irk me and though at first I didn't like the fact that he caught Gible and put Gliscor on a bus, I got over it. Piplup abuse ftw. Now if only it could aim those things at Pikachu. . .

    I don't mind the evolutions of Monferno and Grotle all that much, they should just toss Pikachu Buizel and bring Gliscor back.
