I'm just curious.. If they dub pokemon in China, have they changed the character's names?

Yeah, I think so, so that the Chinese people can relate at least...

And also, I think it also has to do with their pronounciations, so they definetely have to change it

Well...Can't really answer that. Since in singapore pokemon anime is in english. But I seen that in Hong Kong airport there a shop that sells Pokemon Emerald in english. So i am sure the anime is english.
