Attachment Tool Unavilable?

    Is it just me, or is the attachment tool that used to be present in the text editor just gone now? I can still use it while making threads or replying to posts, but for some reason I can't use it while PM-ing someone. Where it used to be present next to the emoji option, it's not there now. Why is it so?

    Sorry if it's not the right place, I'm not quite sure where to post when you have doubts with the forum's interface.
