Attacking special conditions?

    Hi I have recently gotten back into the Pokemon card game after 3 years and I can't remember... Can you attack an opponents Pokemon when its sleeping? Like I know with some special conditions you can't attack them but if they have a special conditions can you attack them? And if it's all different can someone explain

    Baring a card having an Ability that states that it cannot be attacked when it is afflicted with a Special Condition, every Pokemon can be attacked while they are afflicted with a Special Condition.
