In a double battle, say you use Attract, and one of the opponent Pokemon is attracted. What would happen when the attracted Pokemon tried to use a move which hits both enemies, like Surf or Earthquake? Would it have the 50% chance of not working at all and so hitting neither Pokemon, or work but just hit the Pokemon it's not attracted to, or always hit both regardless (making Attract worthless on these moves)?

/me knows it fails 50% of the time no matter who you are attack or what move you are using (even if you are using attacks like Double Team or Baton Pass) in Colosseum, but not so sure about Ru/Sa, but is pretty sure it is the same...

/me also beleives this should in Pokemon Games section

Attract has a 50% chance of making the foe immobilized. This is only checked once, even if the move has properties that make it strike more than once, or more than one target. *moved*
