To be honest, that's never happened to me.

Over here there are people who do that, too... nobody likes my music taste, apparently *sulk~* Well, dammit, I don't like theirs, either, and they play it really loudly. XD;;;

MAGICAL BLUUUE-CHAN GLITTERLY SPARKLES CORNFLAKES! *pounces* 'Allo! :D

It's the same everywhere T_T That or everyone is obnoxious pigs >O At least I play my music quietly, but people always seem to hear it. xD;;;

...I'm not a girl. XD

I apparently play my music too loud sometimes, but I never seem to notice. XD

Annnnnd...I just wasted five minutes in that learning Japanese thread, was going to help that guy, but when I saw it was for D/P...I basically thought "screw this".

You're in denial, Madam...

Awww, he's just enthusiastic... 8D~~~ you can give me the links, if you'd like? XD;;; I'm so special you can never waste time on me!!!

G.U.Y. damnit! XD

Annnnd...sure, this is basically the post I was going to make.

Yookoso (An Invitation To Contemporary Japanese)
ISBN: 0-07-072291-9

Kanji & Kana (Revised Edition)
ISBN: 0-8048-2077-5

A Guide To Reading & Writing Japanese
ISBN: 0-8048-0226-2

Oxford Japanese Minidictionary
ISBN: 0-19-860366-5

漢字(下) 小学1年 (Kanji for 1st Graders)
ISBN: 4-318-01145-3

Yookoso is a textbook for J-Class, it's damn good for techincalites; Kanji & Kana and A Guide To R&W Jap are both amazing Jyouyou Kanji reference indexes; Oxford is a pocket dictionary since it lists everything in Kana and gives multiple verb forms; Kanji For 1st is a fullout Japanese workbook, no English. Having a real workbook is great so you can learn how real Japanese learn. Also try and find some Japanese newspapers to brush up with.

I also listen to J-Music to help me recognize those new words I learn. Another good aid is Pimsleur. 90 lessons at 30 minutes each, it's amazing for listening since it uses native Japanese speakers.

Also, www.japan-guide.com is awesome. Go there, get some penpals, and really try to find someone in your area to practice with in person. It worked for me, we exchange both languages and it helps to be corrected by someone who knows. You learn much faster.

Most of this I've done on myself, I didn't even bother with a class. Having a friend who is Japanese is great because you can have a day where you hang out and decide JUST to utilize Japanese, you'll learn damn fast when you want that sandwich you can't order.

Most of the work is on yourself to force yourself to be immersed by the language.

YOU'RE A GIRL BECAUSE I SAY SO ♥

Jolly good, thanks for that... X333 <3

eww, get away from me ;___; If you're not a girl, then you lied to me... *sniffle*

You might have been wasted at the time. XD

Amnesia is a brilliant excuse, isn't it, Rabbit? But I see through all of your ploys...!

Trust you to blame the drugs, like it's their fault. ;_;

Oh, how do you get wasted without taking drugs, then? PROVE THAT ONE! >O

Did so. XD
