You can't speak for every mod D, since... you aren't every mod. Oo
I don't feel that way at all. I S-mod PC because it's what I want to do. I want to make PC good for the members, I want them to have fun.

It's true being staff isn't as convenient as being a member, but I'd rather do what I can to help out then sit in a corner and watch it all pass by.

Well that sucks D: It annoys me that staff can't enjoy PC as much as some normal members do. It just adds more stress onto thier lives. But then again, that can be bias. Again, a staff feedback thread wouldn't make them feel any better...

I should clarify...it's how every higher staff feels on PC...please don't get offended, but I still consider S-mods to be mods...

And if a higher staff DOESN'T think being so on PC is at least a little nerve wracking...they aint doing anything
 
But in the post that I quoted, you were talking about mods. Funny how it changed to "higher staff" when I spoke my mind >>

I may not be a higher staff in your eyes, but I still deal with most of the same stuff they do.

Maybe ya guys need more staff on tha job. Ya know? Dividing activities, tch, shortening work, less stress? o.o;

That can be the problem sometimes...too many brains...too many opinions, theories...then people start getting in their little cliques, stuff gets divided...

You've never been a sub-admin dude...-_- I've been an S-mod and Sub admin...it's 2 different worlds...

Well which one is PC in? Too little staff, alot of stress => arguments, or is it too much staff, too many opinions => arguments?
...or is it both? ._.

Meh, tch, yar right... I guess we'll just have ta go with what we see happenin' an' our own opinions... tch, but I think tha staff should really explain a few recent events in CQ&F. Spirits are getting confused an' restless. >_>

Yeah...so you can read my mind now? Because last time I checked, I liked modding PC, it's some of the admins that I don't agree with.

How is it THAT much different? Praetors have the same forum access as S-mods, and they get the admin CP. Wow, that causes SO much more stress >> Honestly, stop using "you've never been a praetor (or whatever you called it)" D, its not more stressful or anything. Oo

I never said staffing sucked, crap! I enjoyed it...why else would I be mad about being demodded. But Poke-Munna said that staffing must be easy, and I'm telling him it isn't. I love staffing...it's just hard

I don't want to start a fight with you...we're still cool...But yes, Admin CP is that much of a difference...go ask lighting, ask Steve, Kwesi...anyone
