CharMz: Thanks, and I used Paint Shop Pro for the banner itself, and PhotoShop for the transparent borders without having to save it as a gif (saving it as a png makes it look way better then a gif).

and sprites are always on Ms paint, cause I love <3 ms paint

I like PSP (Paint Shop Pro) better then PS (PhotoShop). Stuff like the background for my pair banner was done and saved in PS. But the text and snow flakes I done in PSP. I just like PSP better, and I wish I had a newer version.
