Out of all the gym leaders/elite four, Rau reminds me the most of Will. Add a shock of wavy blonde hair and an uncompromising and intense malevolence and you have people who slightly resemble each other.
Oh, Will... yes... Will. XD

No, Jack, he just... reminds me somehow of him even though they're nothing alike XD

But then again, Will isn't a cloned Newtype, and he can't pilot even a basic CGUE, much less something like the ZGMF-X13A Providence.

On the other hand, even with a CGUE, Rau stands a really good chance of defeating Will's Pokémon. With Providence, Rau definitely wins.

A Pokemon against a mecha seems a bit unfair to me >O

That's a funny pic.^_^

Also, to expand on the topic, eventuly on the series, Misty's sister's returned from their tour, Misty still watched over the gym since they've still have yet to learn how to run it properly. It would make good character development for them if they finally learned how to and also become stronger trainers. They're pretty much the reason why Misty's stuck at the gym in the first place. Though, I would love to see how much stronger she's gotten since she's become the gym leader.

Heck, it was even funnier when Misty pulled on Brock's ear. Of course, that was funny that Max did learn it from her. It made since for Misty to do it since she knows more about love then Max. Though, all young kids do know the basics of love. I don't really have much problems with Max, though. The only bad thing is that since he doesn't have any Pokemon, he's pretty much the one with the PokeNavi that shows them the way to the next destionation. He's gotten some character development though, like in Jirachi:Wish Maker and the episode where he helped the Ralts.

The problem with Max is that he's precocious, and that type of child is always the most nerve-grating, especially in pokemon where he takes on the tired irony of being the youngest yet acting like a "responsible adult". He fails as a foil for May because neither has had any character development, nor have they showed any major divergence in the little personality they have. I consider May and Max as one character, though very weak in concept and useless as a duo.

I wouldn't count Will out yet; if not for the fact that he trains Psychic pokemon he would have no chance against the ZGMF-X13A Providence; his use of Xatu in particular is helpful because of its well-known ability to allow its trainer to see the future. This would be a definite starting point for a victory against Le Creuset, especially if Will were to expand his horizons to Ghost pokemon, as they can slip through solids, is presumable they can survive in space, and therefore could easily harass Le Creuset in his cockpit to the point of breaking his concentration to the extent of his making at least one fatal error.

Kaga, I hope this makes your month XDDDD

A bit creepy when you look at it a certain way, but I really love it...thanks XD

Surprized you didn't also quoted my other post too about Misty's sisters.

Of course, I know you haven't really seen any of the Houen episodes, aside for a few. I've seen pretty much all of them. Though, it's going to be annoying to be stuck with the Houen gang for the whole Battle Frontier. It would of been so cool if Misty got to come with them.

Even the prescient ones fall. *points to the example of Führer King Bradley* Even with Xatu on hand, Will's defeat at Le Creuset's hands is inevitable.

Certain Pokemon can put up more than a good fight against a Gundam...its all about the strategy..

Of course you don't care about the actual Gundam, going up against a mobile suit is asking for death...that's of course where attacking the pilot comes in. :<

Yes, that's why I didn't say anything; I really have no knowledge of the Hoenn arc after the first 40 episodes of it or so. I gave up on the series long ago, because as much as I want Misty to come back, I feel that she never will. I simply don't trust the writers as far as I could throw them.

Mm, I could go into theories about prescient homunculi not being able to scrye events involving the remains of the person they were created from, but that's neither here nor there. I still feel that Xatu, especially in combination with pokemon that have non-soild corporeal structures, especially those that require no specific temperature or respiration to survive and have the powers of mind control, illusion, soul-snatching, and high toxicity, could defeat Le Creuset.

Well, I can't wait to watch many new episodes of Naruto this Saturday. Get to see the beginning of the second exam. Lots of great episodes coming up. Soon, they'll be at the episode where Sakura cuts her hair.^_^

The one at eight is a clip show, no? If so, I desperately need to see that one to catch up.

Still, it's somewhat of a moot point, seeing as Will doesn't train Ghost-types. However, Rau would be in trouble if he were facing, say, Morty, Agatha, or some other trainer with at least one Ghost-type Pokémon.

I would put Morty as having a far larger advantage than Agatha, as he actually trains ghost pokemon while Agatha technically dabbles in poison while having an affinity for the ghost/poison type more than any other. Her Golbats and Arboks would be useless against Le Creuset, while, assuming that he has expanded beyond Haunters and Gengars, Morty's entire team would be of use with a variety of skills incredibly lethal in the hands of a non-corporeal life form. Imagine how simple it would be to send a Misdreavus into the cockpit of the Providence to use Perish Song, for instance.

Nothing, really, Dylan; we're just trying to see if there are any pokemon trainers that could defeat Rau Le Creuset of Gundam SEED in combat XD

Yep, it's cool they're showing it again before the 4 new ones. They're really great ones too.

Cool thing is, I've seen the dub episodes of 27,28,29, and 30 already. They've been ahead in Canada for a little while now. They're getting closer to the episode where Sakura cuts her hair.^_^

Canada is fortunate; despite their stations that show anime having poorer selection than American stations, they tend to be more generous with their episodes (i.e. Canada's lead in Yu-Gi-Oh airings for many years.)

Canada is indeed fortunate, just to be Canada. o_O; Either way, how are you? XD
