    So yeah, as per the header at the top of the webpage, this is my introduction thread. I'm Velah, overall lazy lout and gamer. My name is an edit of Vela, one of three playable characters from my favorite game Jet Force Gemini. (I would have picked Vela, but the registration thingy said it was unavailable.)

    I spend most of my time playing games, mostly on Playstation 3 (PSN: chasie9397 / Echo9397), surfing Reddit (/u/Vela_Silverstein), Youtube, Facebook, and Rooster Teeth. I'm currently playing Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn on PS3 (Erik Kasugano, Moon Keeper, Monk, Ultros server). I do of course play alot of Pokemon, otherwise I wouldn't be on this site to begin with. I occasionally play PokeMMO (EchoSilverstein) and Pokemon Showdown (BleedingPerfection), and at the moment I'm pretty dug into the fanmade games Pokemon Zeta/Omicron and Pokemon Melanite.

    I do plan on making some hacks or fan games of my own, but for now I only have ideas. I'll ask questions about that in the Hacks section when I get to that bridge.
     
    Hi there Velah, welcome to PC! Gooorgeous avatar. I've never heard of Jet Force Gemini but from the name alone it sounds awesome. Maybe I'll do a search. :'o

    Gaming is great! I only got into non-Pokemon games recently so I'm pretty bad but still learning. Check out the Video Games board to discuss your favorite non-Pokemon titles as well as the Emulation section for hacking, of course, you'll love them. Emulation is a huge place though so you might find yourself getting lost.. buuut the staff are always here to help if need be. :)!

    Thanks for the welcome, Sheep and phoenix89. I'll be on sporadically because of a poor home internet connection, but at least I'll be able to try to concept some game ideas during those times.
